How to save CAN Debug Log file
1. Go to find System Setings icon

2. Go to “version” page as the following picture.

3. Click this red block area 4 times quickly, then will jump out a password window.
4. Password is “201105”, then we will go into the “Debug Mode“.

5. Go to “system settings/development” page.
6. Turn on the “CAN LOG” setting as above picture.
7. Then do actions which can make your issue reoccur. For example, if steering buttons don’t work, please click those buttons 5 times for each. If your android can not switch to rear camera page, please shift from P or D to Reverse mode.
8. Then plug on a USB stick after you do those issue actions. The log file will be saved automatically.
9. The zip file name will start with “CAN_”. Please send that file to us. We will solve your issue as soon as possible.
